BA – Pub. Administration

The Department of Public Administration was established in the year 1998. The Department offers B.A. Core Course under Mizoram University. Students’ admission has been done according to the eligibility criteria framed by the College. The Department has its own library having a good number of books, which is reviewed and enriched every year by increasing a number of reference books and other related study materials. The department also has a wall magazine in which students display various topics relating to their study. The faculty members, other than the routine work of teaching also involved in various activities like conducting departmental seminar, remedial coaching classes for weak students and students’ mentoring. The department is pleased to produce many graduates till date and one of the students Mr. J.Lalmuanawma stood 7^th rank among the University toppers in the May, 2018 Mizoram University Examination.  

To groom and nurture the students in their personal development, Public Administration Core Students of 2016 batch were selected to attend Training on Youth Leadership and Community Development organized by Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK), Lunglei at DRDA Conference Hall, Lunglei during 6-8, March, 2019.This training enhances and nourished the students in developing their personal skills and motivates them for their future development.
