One day Educational trip was organized by the GJBC History Club , Government. J.Buana College on October 19,2024. The group consisted of 36 students and were chaperoned by three faculty members – Dr. Lalzarzoa, Mr. Rothangliana & Mr. C. Lalremtluanga, Assistant Professors from the Department of History.

The club members set out from the college grounds at 6:00 am by bus and six two-wheelers. The group stopped at Sekhum to explore the tombstones of Mizo ancestors, and also had breakfast there. They then continued and reached Sialsuk Tlang at 11:00 am.

Dr. Lalzarzoa then delivered a lecture at the summit of Sialsuk Tlang on the history of Sialsuk Tlang and the town.

The group had lunch at the mountainside and also explored the adjacent tourist attractions such as the lakes at the base of the mountain. The club members then departed and reached Lunglei at 7:30 pm.
