The Staff Welfare Association of Govt. J. Thankima College is an association formed in ____. Its memberships include only the regular employees of the College, however, Principals of the College who are appointed to the College on deputation and attached staff are also included as a member.<\/mark>
\u00a0The main aim is to improve the welfare of the college’s staff.\u00a0The association may provide financial assistance, condolences, and other benefits to the staff.\u00a0<\/mark>
